iu 8638d1bbfc chore(openspec): archive completed changes and sync main specs 
- archive local-fs-storage-backend, sqlite-metadata-backend,
  storage-orphan-reconciliation, metadata-managed-jwt-secret, default-local-backends
- sync specs: storage-backends, metadata-backends, storage-reconciliation,
  app-secrets; update photos/share-links
- defaults reflected in specs: SQLite and local FS

iu cb272398ce feat(auth): store the token signing secret in the metadata layer 
- app_settings table (PostgreSQL migration 000010, SQLite 000002)
- internal/settings repository (Get/Set/Ensure) wired into store.Repos
- secret generated with crypto/rand on first start and persisted; reused on restart
- drop required JWT_SECRET from env/config; app.New takes a TokenManager and
  storage.Open takes the resolved secret (URL_SECRET still overrides)
- docs updated

iu 176a8d8ced feat(metadata): SQLite backend, storage reconciliation and local defaults 
- pluggable per-domain Repository interfaces; PostgreSQL and SQLite impls
- SQLite on modernc.org/sqlite (WAL, busy_timeout, foreign_keys, immediate tx)
- separate migrations/sqlite and db.MigrateSQLite; store.NewPostgres/NewSQLite
- cmd/reconcile compares object storage with the journal (report, then --delete)
- storage.Backend.List and photos.Repository.AllStorageKeys
- DB_BACKEND/SQLITE_PATH and STORAGE_BACKEND/FS_ROOT selectable; local defaults
  (sqlite ./galo.db, fs ./data)
- Makefile reconcile/reconcile-delete; docs and .env.example updated

iu ec8d907565 feat(storage): serve media through backend and add local FS backend 
- introduce storage.Backend with S3 and local file-system implementations
- deliver all blobs via signed GET/HEAD /api/objects/<key> (Range, Content-Type)
- stream S3 objects through the backend; remove presigned URL path
- share shared HMAC Signer between backends
- remove S3_PUBLIC_URL; rename S3_PRESIGN_TTL to OBJECT_URL_TTL
- make storage label in health dynamic; nginx proxy_buffering off for objects
